         ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Andrew Oforma Eze, hails from Ede-Oballa in Nsukka Local Government Area of Enugu State. He is currently a student of political science at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka where he gained admission in the year 2011. He completed his secondary school education at the Community Secondary School Ede-Oballa in the same year. He is a young political analyst, human rights activist and a consultant on political issues. Besides this book, he is the author of  Insecurity of the social security systems in Nigeria. He is also the founder and National Coordinator of Young African Writers League (the Young League), and the Ideological Revival Movement (IRM).  Andrew is a notable figure in the field of political arena.

            1953 Kano Riot      Kano riot was a political crisis mainly between northerners and southerners in ancient city of Kano in May 1953. The nature of the riot was clashes between Northerners who were opposed to self-government and Southerners made up of the Yorubas and the Igbos under the aegis of the Action Group (AG) and the National Council of Nigeria and the Cameroon (NCNC) who supported self-government for Nigeria in 1956.
